Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, and referrals;

• Assess client requirements and collect event briefings;

• Showcase the company's offerings and unique value propositions;

• Develop and follow up on commercial proposals;

• Negotiate terms and finalize sales;

• Execute follow-up communications;

• Maintain data in spreadsheets or a CRM system;

• Facilitate the transition of sales to the team responsible for event execution.

• Proven experience in customer-oriented sales, consultative selling, and negotiation;

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities;

• Proficient in managing customer interactions via WhatsApp;

• Highly organized, self-driven, and disciplined for remote work;

• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and sales management platforms (e.g., CRM or spreadsheets).
