This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Recruit CDL drivers for available trucking roles.

• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting strategies to generate your own leads.

• Screen and assess applicants for suitability.

• Pair drivers with suitable job openings.

• Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring journey.

• Develop and oversee your own recruiting pipeline.
