📋 Description

• Recruit CDL drivers for available trucking roles.

• Create your own leads through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and various recruiting strategies.

• Screen and assess potential candidates.

• Pair drivers with suitable job opportunities.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring procedure.

• Develop and oversee your own recruiting pipeline.
