• Identify, engage, and cultivate new customer relationships.
• Align solutions with the customer's goals, needs, and objectives.
• Build strong connections with a pipeline of new business clients through inbound customer engagement to maximize trial conversion rates.
• Learn, comprehend, and effectively communicate the Value Proposition (i.e. Capture, Nurture, Close) of the HighLevel platform to influence trial-to-paid metrics.
• Conduct consultative trial engagement initiatives for HighLevel’s sales process (via Zoom).
• Interact through various communication channels such as phone, SMS, email, ticketed, and live Zoom support to guide customers toward the optimal trial experience for their businesses, with the ultimate aim of converting them into paying clients.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to discover compelling solutions.
• Use judgment in creating and applying methods and techniques to achieve desired outcomes while adhering to industry best practices.
• Provide technical support to customers as needed (during the trial period, more engagement opportunities lead to higher conversion chances).
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in SaaS is highly preferred.
• 0-2 years of prior customer service experience or a related role; prior experience in Sales Development or Technical Sales is a plus.
• A strong technical aptitude to assist our users in succeeding with the HighLevel software.
• Experience with technical documentation and presentation skills is preferred.
• Familiarity with topics such as CRM, Marketing Automation tools, Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.
• Experience working with or the ability to learn various CRM platforms and communication systems.
• Proficiency in the following applications is strongly preferred: Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Strong time management, organizational abilities, and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated to maintain regular contact with customers, management, and colleagues.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to quickly learn new complex software platforms.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, capable of continuously developing and adapting within a growing team.
