Inside Sales Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to cultivate new business opportunities and establish rapport.

• Build and nurture relationships with attorneys and prominent law firms within your designated territory.

• Responsible for forging new connections with attorneys and law firms to enhance and expand referral business.

• Oversee all interactions with attorneys: initiating contact, providing follow-up, and addressing any inquiries.

• Maintain continuous communication with attorneys to keep Oasis at the forefront of their minds and foster strong relationships.

• Support Regional Directors with daily operations, including managing their cases in their absence.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales is required.

• 1-2 years of experience in the pre-settlement or medical lien sector is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Personal Injury is beneficial.

• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and other dynamic personalities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Excel.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrate a high level of drive, motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Must be organized, confident, positive, passionate, and empathetic.

• Experience working with attorneys, selling to law firms, or engaging with other professionals is a significant advantage.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with clearly defined business objectives and monthly/quarterly targets.
