This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in consultative sales with incoming leads (clients who have previously expressed interest in the platform), gaining a comprehensive understanding of each business's requirements and guiding them through to the closure of sales;
• Oversee and monitor leads within the sales funnel, identifying needs and assessing performance;
• Perform product demonstrations and follow up on submitted proposals;
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from prospective clients and exploring methods to enhance conversion rates;
• Address inquiries from potential customers through our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and carry out follow-ups to facilitate conversions;
• Work in tandem with the team to meet the company's sales and revenue objectives.
• At least 4 years of experience in consultative sales within SaaS companies
• Background in the construction industry is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
• Investigative and curious mindset for effective problem-solving;
• Empathetic understanding to support and guide customers;
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities;
• Documented success in sales;
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to changes in responsibilities;
