This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of more than 10 Admissions Coordinators, who manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound communications with potential clients, families, and referral sources.
• Drive the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes for Admissions Coordinators.
• Organize team schedules and distribute workloads to guarantee smooth operations.
• Accountable for maintaining high standards of contact center service levels and call quality.
• Ensure timely and consistent communication and coordination with all prospective clients, families, and referral sources to facilitate their entry into Charlie Health’s program.
• Guide the team in supporting each client’s individual admission process at Charlie Health and address any concerns from clients and families regarding the program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as time-to-admission and client satisfaction.
• Create and implement best practices throughout the Admissions and Discharge process.
• Work alongside Executive Leadership to provide updates on the performance of the Admissions team.
• 1-4+ years of experience in leading or mentoring a team of Admissions and/or Sales Representatives.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the behavioral health field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
