This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage Existing Accounts: Take ownership of a portfolio of established healthcare professional (HCP) accounts, enhancing engagement and driving additional reorders and portfolio growth within each practice.
• Execute Awareness Campaigns: Create and implement outreach initiatives — utilizing email, phone, and digital channels — to increase awareness, demand, and sales of the Nutrafol portfolio across HCP practices.
• Educate and Consult: Effectively present Nutrafol’s product offerings, clinical efficacy, and financial advantages to physicians and decision-makers in practices, showcasing the entire range of the portfolio to encourage adoption.
• Provide Territory Support: Act as a flexible resource for the commercial team, stepping in to cover vacant territories, leaves of absence, and other needs to ensure uninterrupted service and revenue.
• Utilize Promotions: Leverage corporate marketing initiatives, promotional efforts, and launch strategies to enhance engagement and boost sales within existing accounts.
• Ensure CRM Accuracy: Consistently and efficiently use Salesforce to monitor account activity, log engagements, manage pipeline stages, and report on sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with field sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging, campaign execution, and account strategies.
• Maintain Brand Integrity: Exhibit honesty, integrity, and a professional passion, showcasing behaviors that align with Nutrafol’s exceptional standards.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated success in an Inside Sales, account management, or B2B sales position with a history of growing existing accounts and surpassing quotas.
• Preferred background in the medical, aesthetic, healthcare, beauty, or wellness sectors selling to physicians, HCPs, or practice decision-makers.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships, with strong consultative selling, account growth, and campaign execution skills via phone and video.
• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, with the capability to establish rapport and credibility with clinical audiences in a virtual setting.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable, with the capacity to pivot across multiple territories and changing business priorities.
• A solution-oriented problem solver and a collaborative, competitive team player.
