This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Leads and manages the remote RN Triage team, ensuring effective operational oversight.
• Accountable for quality assurance, employee training, and coordination of patient-centered triage and follow-up services.
• Collaborates with APC Managers and Health Center Managers to deliver exceptional reproductive care to our patients while supporting our clinical partners.
• Advocates for the mission of “Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive health care for all.”
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Must possess current RN licensure in the state of MN.
• Requires a minimum of four years of experience as a registered nurse.
• At least two years of experience in remote triage or three years in a Family Planning clinic environment is essential.
• Must have a minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience leading nurses in a clinical or patient-facing setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours in alignment with health center operations, which may include evenings and weekends.
• Experience working with high-risk or underserved populations, including youth, women, minorities, LGBTQ, etc.
