Treasury & Trading Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Managing and supervising the DAO’s treasury assets to optimize yield while minimizing risk.

• Collaborating closely with the Head of the DAO and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial health, ensure transparency, and strategically plan for upcoming liquidity events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in crypto trading, treasury management, or DeFi strategy.

• Comprehensive knowledge of both decentralized and centralized trading platforms.

• Demonstrated success in creating and executing asset management and tokenomics strategies.

• Strong quantitative abilities with experience in developing pricing models and simulating buyback strategies tied to growth in revenue or usage.

• Familiarity with tokenomics, liquidity mining, staking, and DAO governance.

• Experience in deploying and managing DeFi liquidity pools across prominent chains and DEXs.

• Advanced skills in data analytics and dashboard creation (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Flipside, custom SQL dashboards).

• A high level of integrity and a DAO-first approach, with a comfort level in operating transparently.
