Strategy Consultant, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and execute business and operational strategies for pharmaceutical firms.

• Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments (e.g., EU‑GMP, MDR, GxP).

• Plan and implement optimization projects in areas including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, or quality.

• Assist with digital transformation efforts (e.g., adoption of new tools, automation, data analytics).

• Prepare materials for decision-making and business cases aimed at senior management.

• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and manage collaborations with specialized departments.

• Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and engage in change-management activities.

• Create proposals and pitches to attract and retain clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, economics, (industrial) engineering, or a similar field.

• Significant professional background in strategy consulting, project management, or strategic positions within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and pharmaceutical processes.

• Strong analytical abilities paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken skills.

• Open to travel for client projects — flexible arrangements can be made.
