Executive Corporate Strategy Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the formulation of Starian’s corporate strategy and its various verticals, providing a cohesive portfolio view while functioning as the executive PMO in collaboration with the CEO and CSO.

• Establish strategic guidelines informed by global benchmarks, market trends, and thorough evaluations of the company’s strengths and weaknesses (SWOT, Porter, etc.).

• Prioritize strategic initiatives and ensure comprehensive tracking through PMO methodologies, delivering transparency and accountability to the CSO and CEO.

• Serve as the connector between Starian’s verticals, fostering alignment and synergy among key initiatives.

• Create high-quality executive materials for the board and company leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in tier-1 strategy consulting — McKinsey, Bain, or BCG — with a proven history in transformation and corporate strategy initiatives.

• Advanced analytical skills: adept at structuring complex challenges, synthesizing information, and producing actionable insights.

• Experience in managing initiative portfolios and applying PMO methodologies.

• Proficient executive communication — in both Portuguese and English — with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

• Ownership mindset: you don't merely outline strategy; you ensure its successful implementation.
