Senior Product Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Address complex challenges: spearhead in-depth analyses on market entry strategies, player acquisition, competitive positioning, and feature prioritization. Convert these insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

• Apply analytical precision: develop financial models, market size assessments, cohort analyses, and competitive breakdowns that inform our strategic decisions.

• Collaborate closely with product execution: this may involve crafting a strategy memo, drafting a PRD, troubleshooting a metric, or overseeing a feature from start to finish. The boundaries are intentionally fluid, and you should be enthusiastic about that.

• Transition into a PM role: during your initial 6–12 months, you will gradually assume direct responsibility for product areas, progressing towards a comprehensive product management role. We are committed to supporting your development through this transition.

• Represent the player’s perspective: conduct structured research and interviews with gamblers to ensure the roadmap is based on genuine player behavior rather than mere assumptions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar). Preferably at the Engagement Manager or Senior Associate level. Relevant project experience in consumer technology, gaming, fintech, or another fast-paced B2C sector is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional analytical skills: you can take a vague question, create a clear problem structure, build the model, validate the assumptions, and arrive at a substantiated conclusion.

• A sincere intention to transition into product: you’ve made the choice not to remain in consulting indefinitely. You aspire to take ownership of outcomes rather than merely providing recommendations and moving on. You're at ease with the complexities of product development and are flexible about your title.

• A strong passion for iGaming is essential: this role goes beyond general consumer technology. We seek someone who actively engages in poker, sports betting, or has a significant intellectual curiosity about gambling products. If you’ve spent your weekends playing in poker tournaments or analyzing NFL betting lines, we want to hear from you.
