This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Reporting directly to the Director of Evidence Strategy and Access for Europe within the Medical Affairs team.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Global Access Value and Economics, Clinical Affairs, Government Affairs, Marketing, and Finance teams to establish strong frameworks for evaluating and appraising endoluminal robotics-assisted technologies.
• Define and spearhead the Market Access strategy in France and the Benelux region.
• Ensure successful evaluations by the agencies responsible for Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in all countries within the cluster.
• Shape and influence HTA outcomes by employing robust evidence strategies and engaging early with stakeholders.
• Drive the development of budget impact models to illustrate therapy value and assess budgetary impacts in alignment with the needs of the Cluster.
• Lead critical pricing negotiations with authorities (e.g., CEPS), ensuring consistency between the value proposition, clinical evidence, and pricing objectives.
• Establish and nurture high-level relationships with government authorities and payers, key opinion leaders, medical societies, patient associations, and industry trade unions.
• A degree in health economics, public health, life sciences, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
• A minimum of 5+ years of pertinent experience in market access, health economics, or reimbursement, preferably within the MedTech sector, although pharmaceutical backgrounds will also be considered.
• A thorough understanding of the French healthcare system, HAS processes (CNEDIMTS, CEESP), and the reimbursement framework (experience with Belgium and the Netherlands is a plus).
• Exceptional data analysis skills, with experience in DRG coding, funding research, or policy monitoring.
• Proficient communication skills in both French and English, with the capability to present confidently and write clearly for professional audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50-60%) throughout Europe to interact with payers, hospital stakeholders, policymakers, and key opinion leaders.
