Treasury Manager, FX and Investments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee the FX hedging program from start to finish, encompassing exposure identification, sizing, execution, settlement, and P&L attribution.

• Implement FX forwards to mitigate balance sheet exposures across international entities.

• Develop FX exposure reporting and forecasting, and assess an intercompany netting process.

• Enhance yield on operating cash while managing global liquidity, cash positioning, intercompany funding, and short-term investments.

• Assist in managing the debt portfolio, including interest payments, interest rate swaps, covenant tracking, and compliance reporting.

• Create FX and investment policies, along with operational procedures for trades, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations.

• Take ownership of the Other Interest and Expense forecast in collaboration with FP&A and assist with month-end close alongside Accounting.

• Generate executive reports on FX exposures, hedge performance, investments, liquidity, and covenant compliance.

• Aid in selecting and implementing treasury systems, integrating with NetSuite, and identifying opportunities for automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Treasury with direct involvement in FX trading and short-term investment execution.

• Solid accounting background in FX, particularly in FX revaluation and hedge accounting.

• Familiarity with FX flows as they relate to the P&L and balance sheet.

• Experience in a global multinational setting with operations involving multiple currencies and entities.

• Strong understanding of FX derivatives and money markets.

• Comfortable working with treasury systems and trading platforms.

• Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• An MBA, CFA, or CPA designation is a plus.

• Experience with NetSuite and building treasury policies from the ground up are additional assets.

• Ability to collaborate across various functions and time zones globally.
