This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Provide exceptional client experiences for treasury management users via telephone and email, while assisting internal staff with client inquiries.
• Ensure that appropriate documentation is secured for accurate client setup and future audits of work processes within the TM division.
• Guarantee complete client satisfaction by actively collaborating with TM Consultants, TM Specialists, third-party vendors, and other internal departments to deliver prompt responses to service requests.
• Execute implementation setups for treasury management products and services by processing new client requests and offering comprehensive training on treasury management services.
• Handle maintenance requests for existing clients, follow up accordingly, and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Participate actively in courses through Alerus University and internal meetings, as well as review published materials to continually enhance professional skills.
• Manage the exchange of information, technical inquiries, and client concerns with confidence and independence, while identifying sales opportunities and referring to TM Consultants as needed.
• 3-5 years of experience in banking or treasury management.
• Proven client service or customer service experience utilizing phone and email communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, with strong verbal and written capabilities.
