• Lead the Sales Consultants to collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers to enhance pipeline, increase revenue, and finalize business deals.
• Deliver Treasury Management support and guidance to markets and divisions within their designated territory.
• Meet and uphold assigned pipeline standards.
• Establish clear expectations, evaluate outcomes, and communicate the rewards and repercussions of performance.
• Engage in regular coaching sessions aimed at boosting overall sales effectiveness.
• Clearly outline the responsibilities of Sales Consultants in relation to the line of business and service partners.
• Comprehend current market dynamics that affect product offerings and pricing strategies.
• Align strategy, tactics, and sales methodologies with relationship management and functional teams.
• Remove non-revenue generating barriers for Sales Consultants, such as implementation and customer service inquiries, to maintain a service-free sales environment.
• Actively ensure adherence to all US Bancorp policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting requirements, among others.
• Over 7 years of experience in financial solutions sales or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in sales coaching.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Ability to assertively lead in markets to achieve results.
• Strong knowledge of the sales process, solution selling techniques, and working capital management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups.
• Capability to take ownership, implement, and execute Treasury Management business strategies.
• Proven ability to create innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Treasury Management and Payment Solutions.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% within the market.
