This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee and guide the team in designing, deploying, and supporting Treasury, Cash, and Travel applications.
• Implement and deliver solutions through process design and configuration that align with global business objectives and requirements.
• Work in conjunction with business counterparts on the design, development, testing, and delivery of treasury, cash, and travel solutions.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues, team members, and cross-functional teams regarding application design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Develop, create, test, and document application configurations that support global business needs and performance targets.
• Grasp the application’s technical architecture, solution capabilities, and limitations.
• Establish overall application and technical requirements in coordination with business areas and IT colleagues.
• Provide insights and expertise on current processes and procedures.
• Ensure that products and components fulfill functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational standards.
• Identify and assist in resolving design issues and take part in design reviews.
• Advocate for suggested process design changes within the process community.
• Support compliance with business and program objectives and mission.
• Review, endorse, and approve deliverables.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Travel may be required, with up to 10% being domestic/international.
• Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of experience in IT within a private, public, government, or military setting.
• Five (5) years of experience with SAP Treasury or SAP FSCM.
• Two (2) years of experience in a managerial role.
• Five (5) years of project management experience.
• Academic or professional background in Finance, Treasury, or Accounting.
• Experience with global treasury deployments.
• Experience with global ERP implementations.
• Experience with global Travel and Expense implementations.
• Familiarity with Concur and Kyriba.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
