This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Comprehend the business landscape and assist in determining project priorities.
• Review project alignment with the overarching technical or business strategy.
• Direct resource allocation and support the execution plans for projects or programs.
• Oversee Agile / Lean portfolios while supporting the overall strategy, investment funding, Agile portfolio operations, and Lean governance.
• Implement lean methodologies in programs and products, coaching stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Lead the creation, management, and enhancement of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and practices.
• Manage deliverables and processes related to portfolio strategy and analysis.
• Foster partnerships within IT and across various business units.
• Facilitate portfolio management processes to ensure strategic alignment with technologies and objectives.
• Develop and implement portfolio change control, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Oversee the hiring and training of personnel, conduct performance evaluations, and provide leadership, technical guidance, and coaching.
• Share expertise and cultivate staff capabilities.
• Establish and convey organizational objectives; inspire and motivate team members.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the requirement for employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience gained through applicable knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is required.
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Certification as a Workforce Planning Professional is preferred.
• Certification in Governance of Enterprise IT is preferred.
• Experience with one or more of ServiceNow, Flexera, and/or BDNA is desirable.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Familiarity with IT hardware/software assets.
• Domain expertise in applications and application platforms.
• Experience using JIRA.
• Capability to lead and manage others.
• Skills in collaboration and team building.
• Proficiency in effectively coaching and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to communicate effectively and make recommendations to upper management.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
