Treasury Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Prepare and manage daily cash positions across all banking accounts

• Monitor cash balances, transactions, and liquidity levels

• Execute intercompany transfers and funding operations

• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in cash

• Gather cash forecasting inputs from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Financial Planning & Analysis

• Maintain and refresh cash forecasting data and models

• Track and evaluate variances in forecasts

• Conduct bank reconciliations between bank statements and internal records

• Identify and rectify discrepancies

• Ensure the completeness, integrity, and accuracy of treasury data

• Execute domestic and international payments, including wire transfers and ACH

• Ensure compliance with payment controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties

• Support fraud prevention initiatives and audit preparedness

• Manage bank accounts, signatories, and access controls

• Oversee banking platforms and user permissions

• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance purposes

• Assist in coordinating bank relationships

• Execute interest payments and support transactions related to debt

• Aid in tracking debt, schedules, and reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

• 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting

• Preference for experience in cash management, payments, or reconciliations

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis) – required

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Workday – required

• Familiarity with banking platforms and payment systems

• Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS) – advantageous

• Experience with data and reporting tools

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a control-focused environment

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Capability to work independently and manage daily deadlines

• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills
