This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct daily liquidity management tasks, which involve overseeing cash flows, the liquidity position, and the funding portfolio.
• Aid in fulfilling program requirements and regular reporting for the credit unions' securitization initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team in the formation and settlement of securitized pools.
• Offer support to the treasury team through the development, reporting, reconciliation, testing, and maintenance of various treasury functions and tools.
• Ensure adherence to financial internal controls and procedures.
• Strive to deliver a high level of prompt, efficient, and friendly service to both management and employees.
• Actively engage in staff meetings, contributing information and ideas to foster organizational success and achievement.
• Provide insights into the development and support of achieving organizational and departmental objectives.
• Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform effectively under pressure.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of Access Credit Union’s products and services.
