This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines as part of a collaborative team.
• Travel to various sites, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage travel logistics along with cost coding.
• Carry out safety inspections to ensure a secure working environment.
• Troubleshoot intricate issues with strong self-management skills.
• Participate in construction and installation projects, overseeing the complete lifecycle of turbines.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience with a wind energy technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Strong safety awareness and a dedication to best practices.
• Capability to work effectively in teams and excel in collaborative settings.
• Good physical fitness; comfortable working in various conditions and at heights.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and following instructions in both French and English.
• High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and legal authorization to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship.
