• Provide wellness-focused support, guidance, direction, and oversight within communities.
• Conduct audits and monitor systems to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Carry out resident assessments and develop service plans.
• Oversee and monitor resident care to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure that resident ADL schedules are created and managed when vacancies occur.
• Work in conjunction with Human Resources to address employee performance issues.
• Assist in the training and development of care team members.
• Coordinate with the home office team for a seamless transition of outgoing and incoming community team members.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication among team members.
• Conduct monthly audits to verify adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and programs.
• Aid wellness leaders by providing ongoing training support.
• Execute any additional duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and job requirements.
• A degree in healthcare or a related field.
• Willingness to travel 80% or more.
• Experience in Senior Living or Independent Living settings.
• At least three years of management experience in Senior Living.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office in a Windows environment, along with the ability to master company-specific software.
