This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients by delivering operational, administrative, and call-based support.
• Develop and implement plans for sales and service activities.
• Handle member life-cycle responsibilities, which include scheduling and facilitating calls.
• Take charge of all account management discussions with secondary stakeholders.
• Ensure members maximize their membership benefits by providing exceptional service to encourage renewals and future sales.
• Proactively enhance product knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in Account Management, demonstrating a successful track record.
• Background in the IT Research and Advisory sector.
• Experience collaborating within a team is considered an asset.
• Bilingual skills in French, Spanish, German, or Swiss German are preferred to cater to our diverse global clientele.
