This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and spearhead the strategy for customer and partner learning and enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and customer success goals.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of learning programs aimed at customers and partners, encompassing curriculum design, certification pathways, and continuous updates.
• Integrate training programs within product release cycles to guarantee timely and effective readiness for customers and partners regarding new and enhanced features.
• Direct the design and implementation of scalable training delivery models, which include instructor-led sessions, virtual formats, self-paced learning experiences, and bootcamps.
• Oversee partner learning initiatives, ensuring partners possess the requisite knowledge and skills to effectively implement, support, and enhance product value.
• Establish and oversee program operations, including planning, scheduling, governance, and delivery coordination for global audiences.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage the commercial model related to our training offerings for customers and partners.
• Engage directly with Product teams to convert product functionalities and roadmap adjustments into impactful learning content and delivery.
• Work closely with essential stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partner teams, to ensure learning programs facilitate adoption, implementation success, and positive customer outcomes.
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, completion, and effectiveness, utilizing insights for continual program enhancement.
• Prepare and communicate program updates to senior leadership, covering performance, impact, risks, and opportunities.
• Supervise the management of external vendors, contractors, and platform partners as necessary to support scalable program delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 10 years of experience leading learning programs for customers and partners, training functions, or similar roles within a SaaS or technology setting.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience in managing and developing global, cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment, demonstrating a history of delivering scalable programs and enhancing operational excellence.
• Proven track record in designing and executing large-scale learning programs that promote product adoption and ensure successful implementation.
• A subject matter expert who knows how to create and deliver top-tier content while effectively managing the business financials that support it.
• An outstanding collaborator with experience working as part of a Product organization to seamlessly contribute within the Product Factory.
• Comprehensive understanding of product development lifecycles and experience aligning learning programs with product releases and roadmap changes.
• Experience in building and managing partner learning initiatives, including certification programs.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional projects across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
• Strong operational leadership abilities, with a background in managing complex program delivery, scheduling, and global implementation.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams across content creation, delivery, and program operations.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the capability to assess program effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for influencing senior leaders and driving alignment.
• Familiarity with learning platforms, content management systems, and scalable delivery technologies.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
