This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead comprehensive client engagements, linking business objectives to integrated media strategies that yield quantifiable results across brand, demand, and performance targets.
• Establish channel strategies and investment allocations across the entire media spectrum, ensuring alignment with client objectives, consumer behavior, and industry insights.
• Act as the primary strategic advisor to client executives, proactively uncovering growth opportunities, risks, and future pathways for business development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Client Strategy, Media Activation, Analytics, and external partners, to ensure a cohesive, insight-driven, and operationally rigorous delivery approach that meets client and business needs.
• Manage annual planning, quarterly strategy updates, and in-market optimization cycles with an emphasis on effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation.
• Oversee revenue growth, forecasting, and commercial viability of assigned accounts; ensure contract renewals, upselling, and multi-year expansions.
• Lead strategic narrative development for Quarterly Business Reviews, business assessments, and executive-level communications grounded in data, consumer insights, and enterprise value.
• Champion category-specific insights and competitive intelligence, integrating vertical expertise into strategies and client recommendations.
• Collaborate with VP-level media and analytics leaders to ensure best practices, governance, channel frameworks, and performance methodologies are enhanced across the entire client portfolio.
• Guide and mentor Client Strategy Leads and Client Managers, fostering a high-performing pool of future leaders with strong communication and strategic capabilities.
• Engage in and, at times, represent and lead Client Strategy in new business pitches for Goodway Group.
• Over 8 years of experience in client strategy, media strategy, account leadership, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven experience in leading full-funnel media strategies that address both brand and performance objectives.
• Deep understanding of channel strategy, media planning, and investment recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
• Capability to translate business objectives, data, and insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience in cross-functional partnerships with media, analytics, strategy, and operational teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tell compelling stories at the executive level.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading team members.
• Preferred experience in supporting account growth, renewals, or strategic expansion opportunities.
