Travel & Ticketing Specialist – Pharma Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee travel arrangements, modifications, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds utilizing Amadeus and authorized booking platforms.

• Assist Delegate Managers and Project Managers by accurately and efficiently handling travel-related inquiries.

• Issue tickets, execute billing tasks, and maintain precise records within internal systems.

• Provide prompt assistance for after-sales queries, urgent travel modifications, and unexpected travel disruptions.

• Ensure a high standard of service for client stakeholders, facilitating a seamless and professional travel experience.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes, adoption of technology, and the pursuit of more efficient travel operations.

• Offer full-time support to one key pharmaceutical client.

• Occasionally provide flexibility for urgent travel modifications and time-sensitive requests during events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Travel Consultant, Ticketing Agent, Travel Specialist, or in a comparable travel-related position.

• Advanced proficiency in Amadeus.

• Demonstrated experience in managing air travel reservations.

• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Capability to handle multiple requests simultaneously while ensuring exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.

• Experience in supporting demanding stakeholders and providing outstanding customer service.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Previous experience in an event agency setting is advantageous.

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients is a plus.

• Familiarity with automation tools or AI-driven productivity solutions is a plus.
