Events Partnership & Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute global events and initiatives in accordance with Worldpackers’ strategy and brand, ensuring timely delivery.

• Engage with travelers, hosts, ambassadors, volunteers, and partners throughout all stages of events.

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with festivals, retreats, conferences, coworking spaces, NGOs, workshops, and other aligned initiatives.

• Identify new opportunities and potential partners.

• Lead discussions, negotiations, and alignment efforts with partners.

• Collaborate with teams in Community, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and external partners.

• Ensure that campaigns, communications, operations, and event deliverables are executed punctually.

• Monitor event and partnership performance using metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, community participation, and brand awareness.

• Recognize insights and opportunities for improvement to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the events strategy.

• Create impactful experiences that reinforce Worldpackers’ global community.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in Partnerships, Events, Business Development, Community, Growth, or Project Management.

• Proven experience in prospecting, negotiating, and managing partnerships.

• Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple projects at once.

• Experience in building and engaging communities, along with fostering strong relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, self-sufficient, and results-driven mindset.

• Fluent in English.

• A genuine passion for travel, communities, experiences, and human connection.
