Senior Event Manager – Dedicated Pharma Account

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of congresses, meetings, symposia, and brand experiences for a prominent pharmaceutical client.

• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within the established budget, and in accordance with client specifications.

• Mentor, coach, and provide support to Project Managers and operational team members.

• Collaborate with the Account Lead to assess client satisfaction, track operational performance, allocate resources, and maintain account health.

• Supervise SLAs, KPIs, compliance standards, and RAID logs.

• Recognize potential risks, propose effective solutions, and promote continuous improvement.

• Manage account finances, including budget consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and tracking operational performance.

• Enhance delivery standards, processes, templates, reporting tools, and AI-driven methods of working.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in an event agency setting.

• Extensive experience with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients.

• Demonstrated history of managing dedicated client accounts with intricate governance, compliance, and operational needs.

• Strong background in event delivery, operational processes, reporting systems, and team coordination.

• Proficiency in resource planning, utilization management, forecasting, and budget oversight.

• Advanced proficiency in Cvent.

• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, including Excel-based reporting and analysis.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, leadership, and communication.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken abilities.
