Travel Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee travel technology projects

• Assist clients with technical questions

• Guarantee smooth integration of technology solutions

• Evaluate user requirements and suggest efficiency enhancements

• Collaborate closely with the development team to improve current products and devise new solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a technology role related to travel

• In-depth knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus)

• Familiarity with travel booking software and front-end systems

• Skilled in diagnosing technical issues

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and spoken

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience in project management is advantageous

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business) is preferred
