Travel Technology Program Manager

📋 Description

• Evaluate incidents and decide on the appropriate solution strategy.

• Comprehend requests for modifications and identify the optimal approach.

• Actively seek out opportunities for enhancements.

• Facilitate coordination within the relevant team.

• Conduct assessments logically, replicate errors, or test scenarios when feasible.

• Implement configuration changes ranging from simple to highly complex (involving multiple systems, logics, interactions, and dependencies).

• Perform benefit and risk analysis on scenarios of varying complexity (considering many interacting key variables).

• Exhibit outstanding customer service and cultivate customer-focused communication.

• Conduct training sessions and presentations for external clients.

• Engage in shift planning for the virtual team in accordance with senior management's overarching guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in the corporate travel sector is essential.

• Extensive experience in travel technology is required, specifically with the Concur travel tool.

• Proven experience in a collaborative and international work environment.

• Background in project management is necessary.

• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre and/or Amadeus is required.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
