This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of strategic programs at both the group and organization levels, managing those with ambiguous scope and high risk from inception to delivery.
• Develop execution frameworks and operational models, including planning schedules, program evaluations, and collaborative team rhythms.
• Address systemic obstacles and enforce rigorous long-term planning.
• Weigh short-term objectives against the organization’s long-term strategic goals.
• Ensure alignment of the roadmap and OKRs throughout the organization.
• Function as a technical integrator across various domains.
• Detect architectural misalignments and risks at the system or platform level.
• Influence the shaping of technical roadmaps and decisions regarding build vs. buy.
• Align engineering, product, and business constraints effectively.
• Impact technical investment decisions that enhance capabilities or improve user experiences.
• Collaborate strategically with cross-functional peers across different organizations.
• Terminate programs or reallocate resources when necessary for business needs.
• Guide and mentor other Technical Program Managers (TPMs).
• Contribute to team development through interviewing, sourcing, and onboarding efforts.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, including experience at the group or organizational level.
• Experience in a highly technical, fast-paced product or platform environment; health technology experience is a plus.
• Proven success in designing and scaling execution frameworks for programs characterized by ambiguous scope and high risk.
• Broad technical knowledge across systems and architecture.
• Capability to identify cross-domain risks and influence engineering decisions.
• Proficiency in translating strategic vision into actionable, multi-team roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through influence while making difficult decisions when necessary.
• History of formally mentoring or developing other TPMs.
• Active participation in team growth through interviewing and sourcing activities.
• Outstanding cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
