This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and recruit qualified nurses for travel assignments from various sources through prospecting, generating referrals, and leveraging leads.
• Promote assignments to potential travelers by uncovering unexpressed needs and employing a consultative sales methodology.
• Execute independent recruiting strategies to attract, screen (interview), and assess healthcare professionals (HCPs) according to the specific requirements of clients.
• Responsible for nurturing a network of prospective HCPs.
• Achieve company objectives by sustaining and expanding the candidate pool.
• Negotiate compensation packages with HCPs while maintaining acceptable profit margins.
• Formulate strategies to explore new channels for candidate recruitment; utilize a range of tools (e.g., email campaigns, social media) to build relationships and broaden the candidate base.
• Perform regular competitive analysis within the local market.
• Meet or surpass key performance metrics: outbound calls, candidate submissions, and weeks booked.
• Foster relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to cultivate a loyal and engaged community of working healthcare professionals.
• Maintain positive connections with healthcare travelers to enhance patient care through supplemental staffing solutions.
• Participate in trade shows, conventions, job fairs, workshops, and other company/client-sponsored events as required.
• Compile weekly recruitment reports and undertake special recruiting projects as necessary.
• Achieve weekly productivity goals and metrics.
• Keep candidate database files and required documents up to date.
• Ensure traveler satisfaction for each assignment through effective planning and follow-up.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain open communication with the active nursing staff, following up appropriately. Identify nurses' needs, situations, and issues by asking relevant questions.
• Adapt schedules flexibly to accommodate nurse staff requests and/or address issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, with or without accommodations.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and relationship management, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Strong sense of urgency coupled with effective phone presentation, excellent problem-solving skills, negotiation proficiency, and sales abilities.
