Travel Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to grasp their travel preferences, budget, and desired locations.

• Conduct research and design personalized itineraries for clients, encompassing flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.

• Leverage industry expertise and resources to offer recommendations and insider insights that enhance clients' travel experiences.

• Engage with clients via various communication channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing, to ensure their requirements are fulfilled and inquiries are addressed promptly.

• Oversee bookings and reservations, making adjustments or cancellations as required.

• Remain informed about travel trends, emerging destinations, and industry developments to continually enhance the company's offerings.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate optimal deals and rates for clients.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the entire travel planning journey and during clients' trips.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to continually refine processes and enhance the overall client experience.
