This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Load passive segments into Sabre GDS and/or Tramada; incorporate costings and prepare documentation for clients.
• Issue, reissue, and process refunds for airline tickets in accordance with fare rules and airline policies.
• Provide guidance on visa requirements, travel documentation, insurance, and regulations pertaining to destinations.
• Maintain comprehensive client profiles to enhance the personalized service experience.
• Monitor bookings for schedule alterations and proactively communicate updates.
• Accurately record bookings, preferences, and communications within the booking system.
• Achieve agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times.
• Manage payment processing, invoicing, and reconciliation in line with financial procedures.
• Experience with Sabre GDS is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Tramada is beneficial but not a requirement.
• Background in travel agency or airline operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in written English.
• A reliable home office setup with stable internet connectivity.
• Flexibility to work during Australian business hours (AEST).
