This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Offer assistance and training to new users of the Torneo application.
• Interact with users in a clear, professional, and supportive manner.
• Enter, verify, and update sports data within the Torneo application.
• Monitor and promptly address data discrepancies.
• Work alongside senior data specialists to maintain data integrity.
• Help in the triage and resolution of any reported bugs in the application.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data processes and application performance.
• Prior experience in customer support, user support, operations, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of sports, particularly football, including major competitions, clubs, players, and fundamental competition structures.
• Understanding of sports statistics and major sports leagues, whether through professional experience or a strong personal interest.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
• Basic knowledge of data management tools and software, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong written communication skills and a professional demeanor in user support.
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to adhere to internal procedures.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work mainly on weekends, with some occasional weekday shifts.
• Fully remote work environment.
