This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Managing customer inquiries through live chat and email with clarity, empathy, and precision.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to orders, shipping, and accounts.
• Assisting merchants in setting up their stores and maximizing their use of the platform.
• Recognizing patterns and trends to address problems at their source rather than merely treating symptoms.
• Collaborating with your team by sharing knowledge, providing context for escalations, and ensuring the flow of information.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills – clear, structured, and easy to understand.
• Composure under pressure – maintaining a level-headed approach when dealing with frustrated customers.
• A strong sense of ownership – your instinct is to resolve issues rather than passing them along.
• Inquisitiveness – you ask questions, conduct research, and seek to understand how things operate.
• A collaborative mindset – sharing information, assisting colleagues, and proactively addressing problems.
• Full-time availability for shift work, including evenings and/or weekends.
• Legal authorization to work full-time (40 hours per week) in Latvia.
• Nice to have – but not mandatory: prior customer service experience or knowledge of e-commerce or print-on-demand.
