This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Professionally and ethically resolve customer inquiries through digital channels.

• Supervise a team consisting of at least 10-15 associates.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction and promote retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an international contact center.

• Strong capability to manage multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing requests.

• Proficient technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to mitigate customer frustration.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Experience in managing performance for a team of at least 10-15 associates.
