Customer Service Representative – Part time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers.

• Perform research to deliver answers that help customers resolve their issues.

• Manage multiple systems and applications concurrently to document interactions and provide accurate solutions.

• Achieve set objectives for all performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and adherence to schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Must be available to work on weekends.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• A wired internet connection (fiber, cable, or DSL) with speeds exceeding 15 Mbps is mandatory. Satellite and 5G connections are not supported.
