This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Master internal systems such as Axus, TripSuite, TravelJoy, and Constant Contact.
• Develop, enhance, and optimize SOPs and templates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Review itineraries with a keen eye for detail—while suppliers may overlook items, you won’t.
• Send VIP communications to hotel General Managers, including client preferences and arrival information.
• Handle trip payments, commission invoicing, and monitor outstanding payments.
• Oversee travel insurance sales, including quoting policies and maintaining accurate records.
• Follow up with partners after trips to provide feedback and strengthen relationships.
• Create engaging social media posts and videos by repurposing content from newsletters.
• Develop onboarding documentation to support future team expansion.
• Deliver luxury-level concierge support, focusing on small details that make a significant impact.
• Highly detail-oriented with an inherent pursuit of perfection.
• Proficient in written and spoken English for effective client communication and itinerary proofreading.
• Ability to identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies proactively.
• Experience in operations, administration, and client-facing roles.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing tools such as Canva, travel platforms, and CRMs.
• Capable of taking ownership of trips from post-booking until departure.
• Preferred qualifications: Background in travel, hospitality, or luxury services.
• Experience in itinerary building or similar coordination tasks.
• Basic skills in marketing or social media support.
• A mindset geared towards process improvement with a history of organizing workflows and creating SOPs.
• $2,200-2,500 per month.
• Work remotely as long as deadlines are met and you are available for scheduled calls.
