📋 Description

• Recruit and cultivate relationships with travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals.

• Establish and manage your own portfolio of business.

• Prospect, make cold calls, send texts, and engage with candidates on a daily basis.

• Pair clinicians with travel assignments across the nation.

• Negotiate job offers and assist candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Foster long-lasting relationships that result in repeat placements.
