Junior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process

• Post job vacancies

• Search for and screen candidates

• Coordinate interviews

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the selection process

• Collaborate as part of the Marathon Talent team remotely

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 year of prior experience, preferably in recruitment or related human resources fields

• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written

• Must reside in Colombia

• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills

• Proactive with the ability to work remotely and independently
