This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and publish job listings on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and various other recruiting sites.
• Evaluate applications and resumes against predefined job criteria.
• Perform initial telephone interviews utilizing approved questions.
• Identify qualified candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and additional recruitment sources.
• Reach out to candidates to discuss job openings, schedules, compensation, qualifications, and subsequent steps.
• Facilitate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
• Dispatch interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Aid in the preparation and distribution of offer letters and pre-employment instructions.
• Oversee the completion of background checks, drug tests, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding, scheduling orientations, and gathering documentation.
• Support I-9 and E-Verify administration under the guidance of HR.
• Keep accurate records of recruiting trackers, candidate files, and hiring documentation.
• Generate weekly reports detailing open positions, candidate activity, interviews, offers, and hiring outcomes.
• Participate in meetings with HR and hiring managers to discuss staffing priorities.
• Provide assistance with other HR administrative tasks and projects as needed.
• A strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with candidates.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple job openings and candidate follow-ups simultaneously.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks with appropriate supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Competence in handling confidential information appropriately.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, recruiting, or office work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Practical experience in candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, interview coordination, applicant communication, pre-employment processes, and onboarding support.
• Internship experience that mirrors the responsibilities of an entry-level Recruitment Specialist role.
