This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead and provide support to a remote team of Nuclear Medicine Technologists and clinical personnel.
• Establish expectations for clinical performance, protocols, and standards of patient care.
• Serve as a reliable resource for clinical teams operating in the field.
• Oversee scheduling and coverage across various PET/CT locations.
• Ensure that the appropriate clinical talent is available to meet both patient and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiting to identify and onboard technologists.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Develop training plans and support ongoing education initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to certifications, competencies, and radiation safety standards (ALARA).
• Work in partnership with Regional Directors of Operations and the National Staffing Director.
• Align staffing strategies with clinical operations and growth objectives.
• Assist with the launch of new sites and the continuous improvement of operations.
• Travel to client locations to support teams, guarantee quality care, and foster relationships.
• Represent CDL in the region as a leader in clinical excellence.
• Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine (mandatory).
• NMTCB or ARRT certification (mandatory).
• Over 4 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine / PET.
• Cardiac experience is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience as a Lead Tech, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Capability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in managing performance, conflict, and change.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Western U.S.
• Familiarity with clinical protocols, patient care standards, certifications, competencies, and radiation safety standards (ALARA).
