Travel Consultant – Sabre Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and organize travel arrangements for corporate clients, including individuals and groups.

• Evaluate and investigate travel alternatives while proactively identifying traveler needs to promote additional services.

• Coordinate and reserve domestic and international business travel across air, ground, rail, and lodging.

• Utilize the Sabre Global Distribution System.

• Ensure adherence to clients' established travel policies, service provider regulations, and legal requirements.

• Employ positive telephone service strategies and respond to specific customer requests.

• Work collaboratively with the team to coach, mentor, and offer constructive feedback to enhance service quality.

• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service through proactive needs anticipation.

• Proficiency in GDS, particularly Sabre.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Integrity and a commitment to safeguarding personal traveler information.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry, gained through experience in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.

• Capability to swiftly resolve customer issues independently or in collaboration with suppliers.

• Strong teamwork skills and openness to receiving feedback.

• Availability to work shifts anytime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
