• Manage both inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings.

• Arrange and oversee flights, accommodations, cruises, and holiday packages.

• Tailor travel itineraries to align with client preferences and budget constraints.

• Offer precise information regarding destinations, pricing, and ongoing promotions.

• Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests as needed.

• Keep accurate records of client information and booking specifics.

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire reservation process.
