Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Locate and verify travel bookings for clients

• Advise clients in accordance with their travel policies

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations

• Share industry insights including competitive fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Evaluate operational processes and business relationships with clients

• Recommend enhancements to operational procedures and client interactions

• Keep up-to-date with knowledge of the supported travel sectors

• Engage with existing and prospective clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and operations

• Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time

• Flexibility in work schedule to meet operational demands

• Eligibility to work in the United States or Costa Rica
