Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Identify and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Advise customers in accordance with their travel guidelines.

• Address requests concerning essential regulations.

• Supply industry insights including discounted fares, change fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational procedures and partnerships, proposing enhancements.

• Keep, share, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

• Engage with existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries.

• Adapt to flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a travel consultant.

• Proficient in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.

• Proficiency in additional Nordic languages is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of the travel sector, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational setting.
