Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Search for and confirm travel bookings for clients.

• Advise customers in accordance with their travel policies.

• Address requests related to essential travel regulations.

• Offer insights on industry matters, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Analyze operational procedures and commercial partnerships, recommending enhancements.

• Keep, share, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

• Engage with and respond to inquiries from both existing and prospective clients.

• Work flexible shifts within a 24/7 operational framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a travel consultant.

• Proficient in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English.

• Proficiency in additional Nordic languages is advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
