This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Process travel claims independently in line with relevant policies.
• Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting various business documents, technical procedures, benefit plans, and regulations.
• Professionally handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a positive and proactive manner.
• Consistently achieve established performance benchmarks, including both quantity and quality standards for claims processing.
• Stay updated on Plans and effectively utilize this knowledge in claims payment, customer service, and other job responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently within set guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Capability to operate independently within established guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
